We looked around the warehouse with wide eyes. Some of us were new to GoodGym. All of us were new to this task. We looked at each other and the seemingly unconquerable wall of red boxes of food donations. Surely we could never sort this amount of food in time? But, fear not dear reader, for fairy godparents (regular Felix Project volunteers) guided us into an efficient production line. Our sorting skills grew exponentially. Soon we were progressing with ease. And by Jove, we did it. We identified, sorted and stacked crates for our first donation area, and completed the second one in half the time. We celebrated our achievement with a hot drink and a delicious warm meal provided by the Felix Project kitchen, all of us looking forward to our next visit.
