When one of our regular GoodGymers had to self isolate, waiting for a Covid-test, he knew exactly who to ask for help to get his shopping picked up! Our WhatsAp group was buzzing with responses and runners willing to help out!

A BIG shout out to Anna who went to get the shopping and delivered it so that Craig didn't have to go without tea, milk and biscuits for too long!
