After a short discussion about whether it was going to rain, we began our warm-up.
We completed 3 rounds of 5 HIIT exercises: - Squat + hold - Knee to elbow - Wide squat, elbow to knee (I'm a little teapot) - Hand-to-toe (windmill) - Lunge knee raise
We completed our workout to the beautiful singing from a choir rehearsing on the band-stand!
We finished with some cool down stretches before heading to Wolfpack for a well deserved beverage!
