You get the idea, it was back to the basics for GoodGym today; Alison and I ran several miles alongside the Christmas shoppers heading to Cribbs Causeway and helped Mrs S clear all her bottles and vases from under her sink. This meant that the plumber could come next week and fix her leaking plumbing before Christmas, so now she can wash up and use the washing machine at the same time without fear her house will flood.
After ten minutes or so and a bit of chat we headed back home.
