It was a warm afternoon, so it was lovely that Mrs J had her fan on and was willing to share it. We sat in the cool of her back room and put the world to rights, and Mrs J was so pleased to see me again as she finds she can get quite lonely. It was lovely hearing all about her romance with her husband back in the day, which sounded so much more romantic than when she asked me to describe how I had met my other half (in a sleazy night club). And we laughed as we compared how her husband had an attractive French accent while mine had a thick Teeside accent which I couldn't understand. Looking forward to seeing her again soon.
