Thought I’d signed up for the weekly Lewisham anytime/anywhere litter picking, but obviously forgot …

Even before I got into Mountsfield Park ahead of Catford parkrun, I could see that someone appeared to have done an uncontrolled explosion of a full black bin bag by the George Lane entrance. Helpfully someone else had decided that their bag for life was ready to be put out to pasture. It was easier to fill than my black sack, after several trips to the nearby bin the debris was removed. Fortunately, the rest of the park wasn’t so bad - although the equivalent of around three bin liners were filled.
