Woking GGmers might have been scared by the prospect of climbing 10 floors as well as doing some exercises at each landing in order to take part to this "party". In fact they were either unwell or busy with commitments as we approached the end of year celebrations.

This did not stop me from writing our new GG Task Force email address on several leaflets. We will distribute them in the new year to spread the advantages of belonging to GoodGym Woking! Needless to say that I also indulged in some of the treats destined for the "party".

On Saturday we will meet at St Mark's Church to tidy up their grounds. We are looking forward to seeing you then. On Sunday we will help the Rotary Club by asking shoppers at Waitrose to donate some items for people in the community who need help. Also, next Wednesday, we will do some littler picking, or plogging if you prefer the proper term, in a well lit area of Woking.

In the meantime, happy running to you all.
