Four Goodgym members braved the early rain to help a forest school with its paths. On arrival we had rain and sunshine creating a fantastic rainbow. The rain stopped and we were able to get on with our work of moving the woodchip to the forest paths. Thanks to John who on hosted us. We ended with a gentle warm down and some stretches.
