We were warmly greeted by Ms C’s friends into her flat while she recovered in hospital. Our mission - to move a bed to another room and make space for a hospital bed. They’d already made a fantastic start emptying draws so after a little bit of deliberation we rolled up our sleeves and got stuck in.

Thankfully, despite the narrow gap we squeezed our way through mattress then bed frame one after the other. In no time, we’d successfully completed our mission and even had time to hear about Ms C and the support her friends had given her.

As we headed off with the bright lights of London up ahead we jetted off in our different directions - Catriona with brownies in hand to celebrate trainer Beth’s 200th good deed!!
