Ms Y also needed her electricity token topping up this morning - in fact, as I discovered from having a chat with her about whether she could automate this process with her provider (she can't, and they won't come to fit a smart meter anytime soon...), the electricity top up each week is critical for her as she runs out by the end of each week and has to use a limited amount of "emergency credit" until the key gets refilled.

Task itself easily done at the Co-op, Ms Y grateful as ever and me much the wiser for discovering that some people do have to strictly budget their power supply...
