What a day! My bicycle got broken in the morning but I managed to get to Ms. M on foot! She is living in a labyrinth but I found her, haha. I called the sheltered housing manager to let me in at the gate. She welcomed me to Ms. M's flat. I helped Ms. M visually and practically how to make phone call on her smart phone. I made notes for her step by step to help her to remember these when she need.
