Putting up some curtains? 5 or 10 minute job, tops!

..well, not quite.

Ms E welcomed us in and was delighted we could help out. As someone who used to be a runner and an active volunteer, she loved the whole concept of GoodGym and couldn't wait to tell her friends.

She was very well organised and had a selection of steps we could use, which was particularly useful as she'd ended up with probably the two shortest people in the whole of GoodGym.

It took us a little while (read: 15 minutes) to figure out why the pole wouldn't fit, and then realised it extended... after that though it was plain sailing and Mrs E gave us some moral support whilst hunting around for extra curtain hooks.

I don't suppose you could help me out with another couple of things?!

We hung a wall decoration and fixed up some more curtain hooks that had come loose upstairs too. It was brilliant to hear Ms E's stories; part of doing GoodGym missions is having an opportunity to meet extraordinary people.
