On a sunkissed June evening ..this happened

It was such a lovely evening to be out on the beach with Gillybean, John and,fresh from his UK and Greece travels, Paul.

We took a relaxed and chatty walk along the prom. We stopped to admire all the seafront flowerbeds ( but especially ours) and commented how nice the plant selection choice are this year.

From the prom we headed to the pier to start our litter pick together with a scenic walk around our beautiful art deco ( voted best in Britain in 2019) landmark.

From the prom we hit the beach to litter pick. Our first impression was that it was very clear but, between the 4 of us we still managed to fully fill a blue recycling bag which means there is one less bag of rubbish on our beautiful shores and for the sea life to get caught up on.

With a lovely stroll back to SPLC it was job done . A lovely social task combined with doing good within our community. Whats not to love about tonight?!

Next week it will be a similar vibe combined with our annual sea swim!
