On a sunny Sunday morning, two GoodGymers (Pippa and Sam) found themselves enjoying a warm Spring run to their GoodGym mission, which was to help Mrs. M's daughter move some furniture from the extended living room downstairs to an upstairs bedroom.

Mrs. M's daughter, who works in a hospital, greeted us at the door and explained the task at hand. She gave out spare latex gloves to Pippa and Sam as their gloves were running ones (which weren't ideal). The task was to dismantle a bed (mattress and all) and get its parts upstairs along with a couple of chairs and bits and pieces. There was a sofa that could be dismantled up until a certain point, but realising its size; we reckon the sofa was built inside the room (and not brought in the small living room door). With no tools to fully take it apart, we decided to shift the sofa to an area of the room where it was out of the way. We re-assessed and realised there was probably enough space for another sofa and two single hospital beds (for Mrs. M and her husband - both currently in hospital) and these m will be delivered tomorrow. The task was done in 30 minutes and there was just some cleaning up to do, which Mrs. M's daughter told us she would take care of. Therefore, we took off our gloves, washed our hands and said our goodbyes.

After a quick chat and that all important selfie outside, both Pippa and Sam went off their separate ways to enjoy the first proper Spring weekend!
