4 GoodGymers made their way to Mowbray Park in Sunderland to help out at the junior parkrun. Old hands Debbie, Tanya and Richard were joined by first time parkrun volunteer Paula on a lovely Sunday morning! They all enjoyed it so much that 75% of them will be returning next week for a repeat community mission. Please come along and join them if you can!
