Ms B was having trouble using the voicemail function on her phone and her daughter thought it might be due to the message box being full. After some time detangling the cables of two telephones and the emergency call line, (where do those tangle fairies come from?!) we plugged in the phone in question and deleted the old messages. After checking that the voicemail was now available (and crucially that I hadn’t unplugged the emergency line!) Ms B was delighted! Mission accomplished!
