With temperatures dropping as we enter December, even just a small shop for everyday essentials can help greatly for those self-isolating or with caring responsibilities. Shopping for fruit, veg and sandwich stuff for a young family nearby seems to help to cope with increased restrictions and the children getting restless with school and not being able to get out of the flat so much. Maybe next time I'll add in a few treats in the run up to Christmas.

There was also a prescription run for an elderly lady nearby. She was very thankful, especially as she couldn't get through to the pharmacy via phone so was glad to have it delivered. She was a little unsure what to make of my Movember moustache however....
