It was hot, hot, hot when I got home from work so glad to have my Goodgym mission to make me get out for a run. I was even more excited as I've shopped for Mrs A before and she is such a lovely lady. I took the long way round the park to get to her flat so I'd run (plodded) 3 miles by the time I arrived with Mrs A. List and cash in hand, I popped along the road to Sainsbury's and had collected the items in no time at all. Except the bread...no Danish loaves 😢 However, after a quick call to Mrs A, I was able to find an acceptable substitute. Mrs A was very grateful for the shopping. She is unable to get out and about until a an operation scheduled for September and was worried that Goodgym wouldn't be able to help her once we're all back at work. I reassured that her that there are lots of us and there will always be someone to help.
