We tied in walking, running, cycling and beautiful photos for our virtual fitness session this week.

Michael walked and captured some beautiful spring flowers, Louise ran at the coast and the park and got some gorgeous views, while I was lucky enough to see some amazing blossom trees at Kew Gardens in Richmond.

Spring is here, and bright days are ahead!
