A small but very determined and dedicated group went out solo running to play a word game, creating sentences based on road signs and objects spotted! Fantastic work guys!

I have to admit that I found this challenge very hard myself and my sentence ended up rather short.. "GoodGymers love cows".. This might not mean much to anyone outside our group, but you guys all know how much we love cows down here is Devon!

Low and behold we had another cow inspired sentence "The laughing cows" made by Tom. He got lost in a big cow field during his run and had to build himself a little bridge to cross over a swampy stream. A bunch of cows watched him the whole time and Tom had a distinct feeling they were laughing their heads off at him struggling! Or perhaps they were laughing at the funny road sign that he used to build his bridge with? A road sign that surely symbolises how happy we feel being allowed to meet up with one more person... Never mind the cat!

Jo smashed this week's challenge and made a fantastic collage warning us about unicorns being close! Absolutely brilliant and love the ongoing unicorn theme here Jo! Lets see if you somehow can incorporate it to the next solo run challenge... Check out details here and sign up!

Also, this weekend we have a big event! We are taking part in Exeter Bloom Festival raising awareness of mental health. There will be a GG fitness challenge and a talk about the GoodGym. Sign up here to join!
