Find out about GoodGym TaskForce

"So, what time is your mission?"
I glanced at the time, then (a GoodGymer never swears) I froze in front of my work laptop. A couple of minutes later, I was out in my red t-shirt. Another couple of minutes passed, and my t-shirt was soaked. I ran carefully as the pavement was slippery, and the soles of my shoes were more worn than I imagined. I hadn't fallen on my way to Acton in the last two weeks, so I was very pleased with myself. There is still a run to Acton Park this weekend ahead of me, so who knows what happens, but let's celebrate the successes!
Mr G gave me his usual book of labels that serves as a physical grocery list. Today, he topped up the organoleptic shopping list experience by adding a loose leaf for reference - a new type of cabbage he discovered and liked. I identified it as pak choi and bought Mr G a pack of those, plus two other cabbagey specimens. I was surprised not to find any nuts or savoury snacks on the list today. It looked like Mr G has made more progress as a recovering snackaholic than me.
Before I left, Mr G shared with me his grand plan to obliterate all the weeds in his flowerbeds. Some weeds dared to slowly start showing up again after I dug them out a few weeks ago. Luckily, today's mission involved just shopping as it would be particularly miserable to work in the garden. I ran back home, again very carefully. With the heavy rain in my eyes, I couldn't see a thing!
