To the LITTER end
1 GoodGymer made their way to help their local community in Cardiff.

I set off to complete my (not)parkrun and quickly found I’d underestimated both the heat & the hills. As I struggled along, I was dismayed at the amount of litter that people had obviously thrown from their cars as they zoomed by. So I decided that I was allowed to slow the pace & include a bit of walking if I was improving the area with a litter pick. With plenty of sheep to cheer me on, I collected a great big bag full of litter and still kept my run moving. A little distraction goes a long way!
