So we did something old and something new today...nothing borrowed or blue though!

As a little treat (and seeing the idea on another GG area report), I asked the team if they fancied doing a track session on our Monday night after our community litter pick...

With a few hands up we went with the idea.

So we met at Upton Court Park and burrowed around finding areas to pick, which were fair and far between until we came across the meadow/jungle near the Green Gym!

Plenty of pickings here! including a mobile phone and 3 bag fulls of rubbish!

We then made our way to the track

We had so much fun running laps, warm up games, mini fitness sessions and 1:1 track session (100 meters effort:100 meters recovery)...
