Three GoodGym runners spent their Sunday on a section of a recently relaunched long distance cross-Wales trail, the Cambrian Way. We started off from Cardiff Castle (the official start/finish of the Cardiff - Conwy route) and ran as far as Tongwynlais, replacing waymarks wherever required along the way.

On arrival, the runners enjoyed a well deserved Sunday lunch, and were joined by Mikey, who broke the news of the Rugby result, and on that it was time to head towards Machen for the 2nd half and forget about anything to do with the World Cup.

The second half of the route was definitely muddier! Souvenirs of our day on the Cambrian Way soon caked our running shoes, much to the delight on the bus driver on the return leg.

Next time you're out and about between Cardiff and Conwy, keep an eye out for the Waymarkers (Or if there aren't any then let us know!)
