Report written by Kim
On a surprisingly warm evening we began to gather outside Glass Mill, we needed to be on the move by 18.45 but being slightly delayed by us chatting (even when I tried to give the intro in fast forward mode) we did a slightly shorter warm up and headed on our longer run to the PNK Garden.
We were met by Lara (whose mum took the cool birds eye photos) and a couple of GG-ers that met us at the task.
As always there's lots to do at the garden (not moving marble this time) and we got stuck into a variety of tasks. There was a lot of weeding of the space that will soon be home to a poly tunnel and on the opposite side that will soon become raised beds.
There was also a couple of heavy lifting of pallets and emptying the sand from a boat sand pit!
Well done on tackling all or part of the longer run and a fantastic effort from everyone at the task.
Next week we are heading to Luxmore Gardens, a shorter run but we're leaving Glass Mill at 18.30 so aim to arrive before then.
