For today's lunchtime session we tested ourselves with a twenty minute workout with no breaks. I say twenty, but because I can't count, it was actually 22 exercises in 22 minutes - less catchy, but that much tougher.
Featuring all the squats, planks, fast feet, mountain climbers and much more, we worked hard getting our heart rate up and working on strength.
Well done everybody - great to see you as always!
