Two runner(-beans) had a great thyme!
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Wandsworth.
- Saturday, 27th of May 2017
Victoria and I proved that we are anything but couch potatoes this morning and demonstrated what dedicated runner(-beans) we are as we made our way to Ms. A for a spot of planting.
Together with Ms. A we dug out the weeds and turned the soil before planting runner beans, kidney beans and lemon thyme alongside the existing thyme and potato plants in the garden.
It took us just over an hour, including time for chatting, admiring the view of the river and tea and biscuits (we loved the Harry Potter and Little Mermaid cups!). With our mission accomplished we headed on our way for a 1-mile run in the sun up the road to our next mission!
