The Track Attack Time Trial was back again this Sunday, after a 1 month hiatus (due to the return of mass participation races and the rush of events occurring all at once!). 10 Goodgym runners joined us at Victoria Dock near Canning Town for a 5km social time trial.

Our usual location of Victoria Park track has a habit of flooding and being pretty inhospitable during the winter months.

Victoria Dock is pancake flat, and perfect for those who want to run fast! Area Activator Simon laid out a 1.55 mile out and back course, starting at The Crystal Building (aka the new City Hall for London), past the Emirates Airline, The Excel Centre and towards London City Airport.

Fantastic running by everyone today (even when dodging the regatta event going on at the same time!)- we saw some excellent sprint finishes and heard some top level Goodgym cheering!

We will be back again in December for a festive special (date TBC). Times will be posted to all of our participants tomorrow morning!
