Today I gave Ms C a zoom refresher lesson so she can access calls with her hospice when she wants to (she's also feeling a bit of technology fatigue after months in lockdown).

We spent an hour practicing joining and leaving calls and wrote new instructions for her to follow. At the end of the lesson she successfully joined a scheduled call with the hospice following her own instructions. You go girl!
