It feels like revisiting a favourite old building whenever I now do this medicine drop off - Mr M was my first milestone mission (50th) all those months ago when words like lockdown and bubbles were still alien concepts.

As I walked up his stairs to do our usual distanced handover, it did remind me of just how hard it must still be for the likes of Mr M who has been self isolating in his flat all this time. As always though he was as polite and grateful as ever, as if this was now the most normal thing in the world.
