Five amazing runners joined me at Willesden Sports Centre as we returned to the original home of GoodGym Brent.

Welcome to James who joined us for the first time!

Tonight we were off to Abbey Community Centre to water their lovely community centre - with the weather the way it has been it's been a bit of a regular task but it certainly needs it and we love the run to the centre. Today was the hottest day of the year so far so it was a tough run but we all kept together well and made the run to the centre in good time.

We gratefully accepted some water for ourselves before we hit the garden and worked our way around the beautiful garden. The hosepipe was out of action but we still worked quickly to go round the garden with the watering cans. With it being so hot we pretty much went round everywhere twice. With that done we had a little catch up on the news, particularly around the GoodGym Shindig.

After that we headed back to base, we had a quick stretch and then headed for a cooling drink at the local pub!
