I arrived at Ms N's at 1:58 pm and decided to sit down on a bench and stare at the cobblestones underneath my feet. That was my best attempt at relaxing today. Two minutes later, I rang the bell.

Ms N handed me the cash and a relatively short shopping list. The last thing on it was a pack of cotton buds. We both expected it might be tricky to get these from Saino's or Co-Op, which turned out to be true. Cotton buds are apparently that terrible thing you should never put into your ear. Yet they are still being produced and sold somewhere else than regular supermarkets. Maybe I should have asked at the counter as I would do if I was to buy cigarettes. Yes, cotton buds must be certainly in this category.

We decided that I will go to the pharmacy to get that dangerous stuff. Ms N then came up with an idea to use that opportunity to try out a drink called Ensure that someone recommended her when she complained about feeling a bit weak. I never heard about it but agreed to check it out at the chemists. I ended up calling Ms N with the details like the bottle size, price and the only flavour they had: vanilla (arguably the only right flavour for supplements!). She wanted to give it a go, so I purchased that mighty drink. It had a decent amount of protein in it and lots of vitamins. Forget your protein powder, creatine, taurine, fish oil and your bunch of vitamin and minerals supplements. Ensure ensures you get all the stuff you need (or not)! I hope Ms N will feel stronger after drinking it. Who knows, maybe next time she will carry me and the bags to and back from Sainsbury's!
