Find out about GoodGym TaskForce
On Saturday, four GoodGymmer's returned to Bridget & Mary's hallway to finish the paint-job. Having decided early on that the job's worth doing well above doing fast, this was our third visit to Bridget & Mary's hallway, and all that remained to be done was some gloss painting - the doors, plus two little banister/hand rail thingy's. Four GoodGymmer's, Four doors, what could be easier? We took a door each and got glossing. Each stood on our own little bit of cover sheet tucked beneath our door, being extra careful not to gloss paint the carpet, ourselves, or each other, and in a couple of hours we had completed the job. Sophie glossed the little banisters and Andy glossed the high-up bits of skirting. We did have to be careful not to absent mindedly lean into any wet gloss, which is much harder than it sounds! Double checking for any missed bits, we touched up any gaps (or leaned-on bits) and, after cleaning up, we bid a fond farewell to Bridget & Mary and ran back off into the wilderness of our wonderful city.

Bridget seemed happy and the hallway looks much brighter and fresher now, so a good job all round :)
