Meeting at 9am outside Barnardo's HQ, we hotfooted it to Claybury Park to meet Sharon. On arrival we were also greeted by Jan, who is a local resident, who was out litter picking already, so she imparted some advice on the best spots to cover. Listening to our new allies advice, fighting the cause for cleaner and greener spaces, we set off to some nearby lakes.

In total the four runners (plus our little lamb Lottie) managed to collect three bags full of rubbish, run 6km/3.7m, walk 2km/1.2m all in a mornings work.
