10 eager GG Yorkies met at Acomb Green. Sally Bourton of Refugee Action York (RAY) was holding a book sale at the Acomb Green Fair, to raise funds. The books were stored on the top floor of the Acomb Quaker meeting house, and the stall was on the far side of Acomb Green, which is another flight of stairs down from road level.

Step reps were the order of the day as we lugged boxes of books, tables and a gazebo across the green. Everything was set up in double quick time, so the only possible answer was?....... FITNESS!!!

Yes, Egg had just the thing in mind, a Metafit session for us all to enjoy

  • squat to pressup
  • spider plank
  • gorilla walk
  • 180' squat jumps
  • skaters
  • rotating side lunges
  • burpees

3 local Yorkies popped back 4 hours later to tidy up #double booked

Many thanks to all. We raised £102 for Refugee Action York (RAY). It will all go into the Hardship Fund
