Nick, Abi and I all arrived perfectly on time to help Mrs I with her sofa. She showed us what needed to be moved and it was all straight forward - the sofa was to be taken out to the back of the building and her recliner chair to be put in its place. Luckily, we had no stairs or other obstacles to navigate around. Abi and Nick took the sofa and I had the easy job of taking the cushions (and the photo). We could then move Mrs I's recliner chair so that she could watch the television and get up easily afterwards. And then we were done: our 5 minute mission completed!
