Smashing running with Achilles International on a glorious Thursday evening at Paddington Rec Track (Maida Vale). Running guides Simon, Tracey, Rachel, Katy, Steven and Carl were on hand to run with VI legends Naqi, Charles and Mark for a great social session. So glad to return after the heatwave last week!
