It was fantastic to be back at the farm, one scooted, one cycled and one ran to the weediness of the John James building on the first morning since Lockdown 2.

Super-human strength from Nick in lifting and shifting the bike rack with Jason’s bike attached, too quick to get a photo!

The farm staff were back, too, with big smiles all round as the kids were being dropped off to nursery, almost a feeling of normality. And a huge barrow of weeds cleared away to the well-hidden compost heap.
