It was sunshine and blues skies all the way as a posse of H&F GoodGymers gathered on the riverside at Hammersmith to help the Friends of Furnivall Gardens tidy the sunken garden in the corner of the park.

After a quick briefing on what to dig up and what to keep, the team set about weeding, deadheading wallflowers, planting and litter-picking.

For Jess and Cookie it was a special occasion as they celebrated their 100th good dead each. Awesome, well done both! In true GG style there were sweet treats, including personalised cookies, to mark their milestones. And the GoodGym wings of course!

In the glorious weather the team were sun-stoppable and after a couple of hours the task was sun-and-dusted.
