After taking part as pacers in an earlier GoodGym Parkrun take over at South Norwood, Conroy and myself booked into an hour long Mission to help Mrs V prepare her garden for her upcoming Birthday party!

This involved weeding between pavements, flowerbeds and deadheading in plant pots to make her beloved garden look its very best. Conroy and I worked for an hour in the sun, whilst under the watchful eye of Mrs V and followed her well drilled instructions!

The time flew by and 2 black carrier bags were full. After refusing a can of coke for our work we said good bye and wished Mrs V a very Happy Birthday for her party next week!
