On sunny Sunday morning a quartet of Goodgymmers gathered at the Collingwood Dock visitor center to help out with some general maintainance.

We set about clearing up the worst of the weeds and overgrowth creeping up though the historic cobbles. We rooted out four bags of weeds by the end of the session, alongside a smattering of litter, and took advantage of the chance to learn a little about the area and its history. Sessions like this are essential to keep the site looking great, all the better to welcome visitors to the Docklands Trail, (or passers-by wanting a better view of the almost-finished Everton stadium).

With this session we also welcome Naser to our Goodgym community...he got stuck in and we look forward to seeing more newcomers as summer approaches..!
