Anthony used to call his patio garden his 'pride and joy', but since becoming unwell he's struggled to keep it up to its usual standard.

On a lovely sunny Saturday morning, Kenny and I rose to the challenge of sprucing up the garden so that Anthony could enjoy it once again in the summer months. We weeded and swept the patio, collecting garden waste in bags and disposing of it. In just an hour and a half the garden was looking much better!

Anthony was really grateful for our help and we chatted about the flowers he'd grown and his life spanning Wales, London and Czechoslovakia, over a nice chilled glass of water.
