Well Hung
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Hackney.

Mr D's curtain had come off the rails so Anne popped round to hook them back on again.
It was soon apparent that the fine cord which passed through the back of the curtain, and the curtains hooks attach to had started to escape from the webbing. This needed to be addressed before the curtain hooks could be reinserted and reattached to the curtain rail. Luckily, Mr D had a little sowing kit with a good selection of needles and we soon found one perfect for the job. As they say, a stitch in time saves the whole curtain falling down.
This detail addressed, the curtain hooks were reinserted and reattached to the curtain rail track. One final adjustment was made to the spacing of the little gliders on the track to make sure the curtains hung evenly rather than puckering in some areas and drooping in others.
Mr D was very happy with the result and thought they looked better than when he first put them up.
