Report written by Tim Dickson
After a tough Sunday half marathon it was good to see the usual suspect turning up for this evenings Goodgym run to the Welling Library. With everyone warmed up we gave the walkers a head start and then followed on behind towards Welling. The pace wasn't to intense as our legs were still a little deflated from the 13.1 miles the day before.

On arrival at the Welling library we headed round the back to get the tools from the shed and then bam!!!!! I realized i had forgotten the keys. Noooooooo! This has never happened in two years of Goodgyming. I was really key'd off with myself. So thinking on my feet we used what we had to tidy up a whole load of rubbish that was lying around blocking the door ways. In fact there was enough rubbish around to really make it a good session so no one was disappointed, well except me for forgetting the keys.
After an amazing clear up it was time to head back towards Crooklog. I think everyone was really tired . All i can say is that i really appreciate you all coming out on sore legs and doing such an awesome job. On arrival back at Crooklog i put together some stretches that i know really helped our guys out.
We've got a warm indoor task next week so thats something to look forward to. Have a brilliant week guys......... Tim
