Eleven Goodgymers were lucky enough to run to Troopers Hill Allotment, in a alota mental rain.

When we arrived in dribs, drabs and dripping we were offered cake, coffee and tea to build up the fortitude for the tasks ahead.

Those tasks included planting plants, moving wood chip and stones to fill pot holes, and digging out a pond.

To do these tasks it was "glove is all around" with the new GoodGym gloves and bag being used today (they now need washing or drying!).

To keep warm we threw ourselves in with gusto and with enthusiasm.

Then as our job were complete we headed off, with much gratitude from Annette and the other allotment

Wow, thanks again for helping despite the weather. You rock!!!
Annette
