On Saturday Hilary, Graham and I were back at the Excel (as were possibly some other GoodGymers who I missed, apologies...) for another feel-good shift helping Barts Health with their vaccine efforts. There was talk in the lead up to Saturday of a potential flash mob / flash-dance, however sadly despite varying levels of practice during the week the dance has been postponed to a future date (something to look forward to!) The lack of dance didn't put us off, Hilary and Graham put in a full 12-6 shift manning various locations through the day, great work guys! I dropped in for the last couple of hours after an earlier Newham community mission and we all ended up on the pods towards the end with some friendly competition to get vaccine recipients into our respective pods. Most importantly, 1400 vaccines were delivered on Saturday so a successful day all round.
