A few Goodgym members came together to record data on the newly planted Tiny Forest in Barnet. We also came to run an exercise en route. A few of us gathered at the Phoenix Cinema to chat and warm up. Then set off through the streets of East Finchley and the green spaces of Hampstead garden suburb. Upon reaching the Tiny Forest we met up with Cloud and Niki to do a biodiversity study of the soil. This involves lifting slabs and recording the organisms seen. We then had some time to do some exercises on the grassy field. A simple circuit of sprints press ups and squats followed by a game of sticky witch. A fun chase game again involving squats, Star jumps and press ups. ( what fun!)
