This Tuesday lunchtime, 4 Goodgym regulars met up at the Elizabeth House Foodbank on Blackstock Road to help the volunteer team with their weekly delivery sessions. We were able to drop off more than 25 full bags of shopping, essential items and supplies for local Islington families and households around Arsenal Stadium, over towards Finsbury and down to Highbury boroughs. Smashing work everyone!
