What a scorcher!!!!

Loz, Alex, Tom, Lindsay, Tim, Carl, Paul Kelly, Laura, Amy, Mel, Jackie, Maddy, Bev, Helen, Rose and John all ran the York 10k today.

They were cheered on by the GG cheer squad, you can read that run report here.

There were local runners, distant runners, there were spidermen, and supermen, wonder woman, dinosaurs and cave ladies. The Nordic Stridors were out in force, as were The Crazy Norwegians! There were also over 100 WRAC Lionesses, ladies who are ex Army Veterans who served in the Women’s Royal Army Corps sometime between 1949-1992. They have so far raised over £20000!

The boats were tooting their horns and the crowds cheered everyone on.
