My 2nd ever visit to Colney Lane parkrun I marshalled at 2 points guiding through 154 finishers braving the cold and rain.

Everyone was smiling and happy regardless and the atmosphere was wonderful, well done everyone, little jealous as I'm back on the injury bench 😔 but volunteering is as worthwhile 😁
